Judge denies motion for dismisal in SeaWorld investor lawsuit over allegations the company hid impact of Blackfish

A federal court judge in San Diego has tentatively ruled against SeaWorld in a shareholder lawsuit alleging that the theme park company misled investors early on when it denied that fallout from the critical documentary “Blackfish” had anything to do with decreasing attendance at its marine parks.
