Court has questions about Conneaut Lake purchase agreement

A U.S. Bankruptcy Court for Western Pennsylvania judge wants answers whether the new owner of Conneaut Lake Park may have violated its purchase agreement. The court's approval of the sale required public access to the park’s property to continue. This is a valiant effort, but “use by the general public” could mean a lot of things. In other words, I wouldn’t necessarily hold out hope that the amusement park will be maintained.

This whole situation is confusing. The same newspaper reported a week ago that permission wasn't needed:

Actually, that one could be a draw.

Does RipRideRockit have an infamous gum wall?

Apparently Todd decided to represent himself in court which is made even funnier because he appears to have the literacy of a middle school student.

Very unprofessional. I mean, at least run it through Grammarly or ProCriticAid first. Maybe he should have gotten his kids, mother, or neighbor to take a look at it first? Or maybe hire someone on Fiver to edit it. Geesh.

I do like that we got an insight in to how the guy sees the future of the property and what he is intending to do to make it more viable.

"repurposing the amusement section to include less mechanical rides"

i.e. remove the rides and replace them with a swing set.
