Six Flags New England neighbors face new law for parking

Agawam's new regulations for "transient parking lots," like those that have dotted Route 189 near Six Flags New England, will mean fewer less costly options for park-goers. Business owners along Route 189, who had charged $5 and $10 to park on their property for visitors to Six Flags, will now be required to meet new restrictions, including hiring a police detail if they want to keep their lots operating.
