Worst flooding since 1972 hits Knoebel's Grove

About 300 workers have been working clean-up duty at Knoebel’s Grove Amusement Park since flood waters rushed across the park Tuesday night. Park officials hope to re-open Saturday on a limited basis. At the amusement park where the history of flood damage is well-documented, little signs prominently mark the water-levels of previous floods, this week’s incident will rank high.
