Six Flags sued by Red Zone

Six Flags Inc. confirmed Wednesday that a group led by Washington Redskins owner Dan Snyder has sued the company in connection with its bid to oust three board members and wrest control of the amusement park operator. Red Zone said Tuesday that it is suing "to avoid any possible delay in the company recognizing the vote."
