Robber hits Santa Cruz Boardwalk three times

A man has robbed three Santa Cruz Boardwalk concession stands in the past week, police say, including a Monday heist at Dippin’ Dots. The man pretends to be a customer, then demands cash, asserting he has a gun, but no weapon has been seen.
