Developer selected for Myrtle Beach Pavilion

Myrtle Beach's Downtown Redevelopment Corp. will request a specific proposal from LS3P, which in 1994 completed a downtown-revitalization plan for Myrtle Beach. No other firms are being considered. The DRC picked LS3P and its partner, Economic Research Associates, because that team also is planning the redevelopment of the former Myrtle Square Mall site a few miles down the road.
