Arizona governor signs bill to help fund amusement park

Arizona Gov. Janet Napolitano gave the green light Wednesday to a special taxing district that could help a private investment group put theme parks and roller-coaster rides in west Phoenix and the northern Arizona city of Williams. The investment group must raise $500 million before bonds are issued.
