Disney sued for last year's fatal Disneyland accident

A woman injured in the Disneyland Big Thunder Mountain Railroad accident last year has sued the Walt Disney Co., saying she suffered back injuries in the accident that killed a 22-year-old man and injured nine others. Her lawsuit alleges the entertainment giant has been negligent and continues to engage in conduct unsafe for the public.
