New Orleans could end up with two water parks

New Orleans could go from dry to drowning if proposals to build two water parks in the area both go forward, industry experts say. Though neither project is ready to draw water yet, some question whether the city can support two water parks. Six Flags has a park on their master plan, and developer Coastal Entertainment Operations wants to build one as well. Experts warn of market saturation.
