Six Flags system for reporting injuries stalls

Seven months after Six Flags promised to set up a system of tracking injuries on its rides and reporting them to the public, the theme-park company is not any closer than it was at the start of the year. The lack of progress on an injury-reporting system has frustrated at least one member of a panel commissioned last year by Six Flags to look at the safety of theme-park rides.
