Lake Compounce carousel gets new home

To make way for a water park expansion, Lake Compounce recently razed a carousel building that’s been on the National Register of Historic Places for the past quarter-century. The carousel itself will be moved to a "lovely new home" within the park after receiving an overhaul from an expert in carousel restoration.
