Cedar Fair maintains quarterly distribution at a quarter

Cedar Fair Entertainment Company (NYSE: FUN), a leader in regional amusement parks, water parks and active entertainment, today announced the declaration of a regular quarterly cash distribution of $0.25 per limited-partner unit, consistent with the Company’s annualized distribution rate of $1.00 per unit. The distribution will be paid on August 17, 2009 to holders of record August 5, 2009.
