Alcohol permits issued for Six Flags Over Texas

Six Flags Over Texas was issued a mixed-beverage permit Tuesday, as the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission denied an appeal to hold a new public hearing on the issue. Although Six Flags Over Texas and Six Flags Hurricane Harbor both received permits to sell mixed beverages, the parks said they plan to sell only beer.
