Coney Island residents not happy with zoning proposal

Coney Island residents were vocal during Community Board 13's hearing Tuesday night, outlining the city's plans to rezone the area. Those plans include 27 acres for an amusement park, mixed income housing, retail space and hotels. The hearing was a way for residents to voice their thoughts on the plan. One major concern is there isn't enough space allotted for the amusement park, Coney Island's main attraction.
