Second group has eyes on Hard Rock Park

Mark Lazarus, who owns Wild Water and Wheels in Surfside Beach, said he's working with a group of investors - some local and some from out-of-town - that plans to submit an offer for the bankrupt Hard Rock Park before the week is out. Another group, FPI MB Entertainment LLC, filed court documents Tuesday offering to pay $25 million for the park, which debuted in April and closed in bankruptcy in September.
