Wood artist and entrepreneur Matt McCoy, 41, of Arlington has that rare year-round pass to come and go as he pleases. It’s a kid’s dream come true. McCoy hangs his shingle, literally, in the woodworking shop at Six Flags Over Texas. Inside, his operation functions as a business called mini-Fab.
