Plans for the Tri-Cities' stationary rollercoaster in Kochville Township are derailed. Kokomo's Family Fun Center owner Hal Shilling hoped to have "The Serpent" up and running by June, but next summer seems more likely. While erecting the ride was "easy," the mechanical and electrical systems have been a challenge.
