Six Flags could use Great Escape as a model

At The Great Escape & Splashwater Kingdom in Queensbury, the question isn't what is going to change there. It's whether other parks in the chain will follow Great Escape's lead, says one theme park analyst.

More and more, I'm liking what I'm hearing.
Yeah, I like it too, but since this is one analysts point of view, we have to hope that the new board will listen and like what they hear too.
Imo, the model is more like a cross between SFGADV and Great Escape. GE has the hotel w/indoor waterpark, SFGADV has the record breaking coasters being installed at the same time with new family oriented areas, with attention to theme. Unlike say, SFMM, which only installs the coaster or the family attraction, but rarely in the same year.
Let's just hope Jack Kemp does a better job helping to run Six Flags than he running for Vice President... ;)
