The possible sheriff’s sale of Conneaut Lake Park for overdue real estate taxes remains off until December, pending the outcome of a November hearing in Crawford County Court of Common Pleas. In its petition, the Office of Attorney General contends Conneaut Lake Park is exempt from a sheriff’s sale because the property is held within a charitable trust.
