I'm not sure if it's the same guys or not. But, there was an independent filming crew at the park a few years ago. They said they were making a documentary and were hoping to sell it to local PBS networks.

Possibly for the show "Mysteryquest" on the History channel doing a show on the "mythical" coaster known as the Flying Turns. ("This is the Bigfoot of coasters... we have had so many sightings by reputable people, both of the mythical coaster and many more reports of tracks, but no one can prove that the thing actually exists or if it's just one big hoax.")

Or perhaps a film crew doing a story about the girl on the one BBC special who has fallen in love with and wants to "marry" 1001 Nacht.
