The first day of Thomas Etheredge's preliminary hearing Monday turned into a succession of angry testimony from investors who lost money they invested with the founder of Wild West World. Etheredge is charged with nine counts of securities fraud stemming from his attempts to raise private capital for the park from 2005 to 2007. The preliminary hearing is expected to continue through Wednesday.
