PointBuzz has posted more than 50 pictures previewing Cedar Point's new 2008 Halloweekends attractions. The scares begin in Cornstalkers, a walk-through set up in Thunder Canyon. The new scares replace Werewolf Canyon. Terror Island brings the public on the island in the middle of the park's lagoons for the first time, where pirates will send shivers down your timbers. Club Blood opens at the front of the park, where the cover charge might be more than you're willing to give!

OMG! There's a bridge on the Paddlewheel dock!

I'm a little upset that I will not be able to brag that I am one of the few people to ever step foot on Millennium Island. lol.

The park looks really nice this year. Maybe I'll have to break down and just go.

Looks like the Halloweekend's budget was at least doubled which can only have good effects (of course as long as the weather cooperates) although still light years away from what Universal drops. Props to JT.

Terror Island was good and will only get better throughout the coming weekends. Cornstalkers was really good. It too will get better in the coming weekends as they get more screamsters and the screamsters get more into character. I'd like to see what it's like a few weeks from now, but doubt we'll get back up there again.

We didn't do Club Blood. Didn't look like it would be very appropriate for our 9 year old daughter after seeing pictures of it.
