Great article. You can tell Wild One is loved and well taken care of when you ride it. I've always noticed ample grease on the track. Such a difference than some of the neglected wooden coasters (Cyclone at SFNE anyone?!)

I've always thought that the Wild One was one of the best rides in the park. I've never seen it down for more than a few minutes, and you can see the whole park from the top of the lift hill. I want to do that once in my life. Just to walk a coaster, is like riding it.

The Wild One really surprised me in 2006. I picked it as a draft choice in another site's coaster draft this year.
