I can definitely see the agriculture angle. After leaving, I called it "Knoebels on the Farm," due to all the portable rides, a small water park, and and some good wood. (by the way Indiana Beach was "Knoebels by the Lake"

). I mean right behind Kentucky Rumbler there were horses running around on a farm.
I can see where the local economy could take a hit from the loss of the park. I'm sure many of the same people who come to race or watch the races come to take a tour of the Corvette plant and museum as well. If they hadn't added Rumbler this year, the amusment park could've probably easily moved somewhere else.
