Minsk theme park in China declared bankrupt

The company that ran a theme park in south China aboard the retired Soviet aircraft carrier Minsk has been declared bankrupt. Minsk World Industries ran a wide range of businesses including restaurants, beauty salons, cultural shows and trading, in addition to the popular theme park aboard the Minsk.

I'm having a hard time envisioning a theme park built on an aircraft carrier. A search on RCDB turned up no results. Has anyone ever visited Minsk?

Actually this was a private enterprise in China failing. Not a whole lot different from Enron or World Com. China currently has a strange system with communism and wild, poorly controlled free enterprise operating side by side. Investors beware. (This is not an endorsement of communism, just a statement of what happened in this case.)
