I wonder how he feels about the loss of Sea World Ohio? My guess is you probably don't want to be around him when he's asked!!!

Great, great article. A few things I didn't know, like their involvement in Magic Mountain. I'm sure that I read in some of Disney's biographies that he was invited in on the Sea World venture but he declined. I do think he gave some advice early on in the project though.

I would love to know how they ever decided to plop a Sea World down in Auroroa, Ohio. I'm going to have to get that book.

Definitely a great article. Especially interesting about the poor peacocks :o(. I have to wonder if this incident was the inspiration for the old sitcom WKRP In Cincinnati's episode where they tossed dozens of live turkeys out of a plane because the station manager thought they would fly.
