Busch sends Wild Maus to Tampa, won't say what's new in Williamsburg

40,000 square feet! 80 ft tall! Thats a big building! I wonder if it is planned to open for 2004 or 2005. It seems like they are starting construction a little late for it to be a open for next season unless they are planning a mid summer opening. I don't think it will be a coaster but you never know. Whatever it is I'm sure it will be a great addition to the park.

That's roughly a 200' square building. They said in the article that it's about the size of Das Festhaus, which is pretty big in it's own right. I have no clue what to expect here, other than possibly another show venue.

Let's start the rumors now: How about two top spins in a box???

Where would Busch Place this coaster at it's Tampa Park though?

Does anyone have any idea where this will be placed?

They are doing some construction behind Phoenix in Timbuktu, but I'm not sure if that's where it will be going though. I will be back at the park on Thursday to scope it out some more.

With Python and Scorpion beginning to show their ages (27 and 23 years old), is there a possibility that one of these two may be headed for the "Defunct and / or Removed" status to make way for the "new" addition of Wild Maus?

SLFAKE, it seems that someone at BGT must be enamored of Python for its dubious historical merits....certainly draws NO riders, esp. in comparison to the Anton which *generally* keeps people in line for a cycle. Python is a bad coaster in a poor location, and unless BGT is going to add a new path, even a "new" coaster there would be hard-pressed to draw a crowd.

Every time Python comes up in discussion with BGT employees, they shake their heads and laugh about the unwelcome guest that just doesn't know when to leave..... Just my *opinion* mind you, but if one of the two is headed for parts unknown (read: the recycling plant), it had BETTER be the Arrow.

Well, at least it seems Busch is back in the constructing mood.

I still don't see why they couldn't have moved the Mouse to a different location within BGW.
