Camp Snoopy (Mall of America) debuts season passes

...and a few other rides. But yes, it is quite expensive. Valleyfair's website shows cheaper season passes than Camp Snoopy. But if you go to the mall often, it might be a good deal. I think it is weird to have any season pass for that small of a "theme park" anyway.  I mean, who actually goes to the Mall of America to play in Camp Snoopy.  I was there this summer and it was quite interesting seeing how much can be compressed together, but it is not worth that much money.

Uh.....who told you they two coasters?  Did they build something while I wasn't looking? :P

I think KCS-MOA owners were hesitant to do this at all...and I can't shake the feeling that they're trying to keep out the folks who ride the 80 bus...

If I lived in the area I would buy the passes. I mean, that mall is pretty sweet, if you were to go there with yout friends, why not spend some time in Camp Snoopy?

Does anyone know of that dark ride that you have a gun and shoot at targets? You and your friends could make bets on who's going to win and what.

And yes, they do have two coasters, but one of them is a small kiddie coaster. I actually enjoyed the Pepsi Ripsaw.

Mall of America as a whole just plain rules. It puts any other mall to shame (duh), and it just dosn't feel right when I go to any other mall since I've been to the MoA.

It is the best mall in a America, I wonder how it got the name Mall of America?  Just kidding.  It just isn't logical to ask $90 for like 15 or 20 rides.  It is great how they condensed all that together, but it would get boreing. 

It makes sense if you go to the mall a lot and like to ride a couple rides when you go there.  For someone who lives out of state and only visits the mall a couple times a year it wouldn't make any sense.

And yes, the mall has two coasters.  Ripsaw and Lil Shaver.

Ghost Blasters is a pretty standard-issue model of the Sally dark ride...it's okay if you're a better shot than me and CBaby.

And have you seen coaster #2?  Never mind the S:TE controversy--something's gotta disqualify the thing as a coaster.  Really.  I don't think gravity has any real influence on the ride.  There.  That oughtta do it.

Even with the Cub foods discount, a 'kiddie' season pass costs as much as I paid for my adult VF pass with CF reciprocity.

KCS-MOA is good for a desperate weeknight in Feburary--(especially during the former 2-for-1 Tuesdays) but a stopover after school is more than enough to wear the park out.

I think they're targeting the typical yuppie and their spoiled 3 year-olds...something for Dad and the kids while Mom hits Abercrombie and Fitch.  This 'deal' scares off anyone who likes to count their money...
