Many do. Chain lift, gravity after that. Plus, a nice little drop as seen in this picture. Fun Stuff. :-)

As soon as we started up the lift, Billy said, "Ohhh. This is like a coaster! I'm counting this as a coaster!"
Personally, I don't count it. I call this a gravity-powered dark ride. It doesn't have what I would call coaster track.
However, each person makes up their own rules of what counts as a coaster, so if you think it is a coaster, it is, and if I don't think it's a coaster, it isn't.
