Agawam zoning board upholds Six Flags New England stop-work order

Construction at Six Flags New England continues to be at a standstill, but a company official said the amusement park hopes to have all loose ends tied up within two weeks. In a special meeting this morning, the city's Zoning Board of Appeals stated its support for the actions of Building Inspector Dominic Urbinati who issued a stop-work order Wednesday on Six Flags' "Dark Knight" indoor roller coaster project.

From a journalistic standpoint, that article was awful. Do all those needless exclamation points indicate that the people being interviewed are feel very strongly about everything they say?

I'm still trying to figure out how nobody noticed construction going on for several months. The parade of cement mixers should have provided a clue. At the least, you'd think somebody might have wondered about the construction crane that appears in the picture contained in the article. And the city needed a "tip" that something was happening in the park?
