Could you imagine tripping on a sidewalk and suing? At Cedar Point its even more laughable because they obviously know their concrete.

If they think they've got it bad, they should see how suits/settlements work with clevelands Regional Transit Authority. Drunk falls off a bus, instant 10k settlement. womane misses step and bumps knee, (not drunk) 15k plus physical therapy.
